Specific Job Duties:

· Apply Banner application upgrades on a regular basis.
· Perform application system testing.
· Perform application monitoring and tuning.
· Answer customer questions and provide on-call support as needed.

· Develop SQL queries as needed to verify data in database tables.
· Administer other application products that integrate with

A bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information Studies or other technical discipline, and 36 – 48 months of
business analysis experience as well as functional and technical
experience implementing, maintaining, or supporting SunGard Higher
Education Banner Student Information System - OR- an equivalent
combination of education and job related experience.

Candidates must have:

· Knowledge of higher education core business processes in the

· Experience working with a broad range of institutional

Minimum Qualifications:

      utilizing Cisco and/or Juniper equipment.
