Greetings List Lurkers,
For those of you who have woken up after having attended a VAGUE
organizational pre-meeting, and still have all of your original body hair,
give me a call and tell me how it is done... How many times has this kind
of thing happened where instead you would have preferred brain depilitation
to the real thing, this evening we will be meeting between 5 and 7 PM at
the Hedding United Methodist community facilities as per usual.
This session will likely continue our python, programming discussions and
the ongoing attempt to satisfy the famous python homework contest, which I
have again as of this AM not completely solved. Piling on our ignorance
and inability, we may have a chance to take a shot at these.
We pythonista's expect to diligently work to gain some forward inertia. We
have a new a new assignment, but have spent so much time plotting and
scheming with jonathan d p ferguson, that there has been little time to do
anything else.
I like the fact that we progress in organizing open source educational
resources for programmers, particularly developing a Python course. Who knows,
we may actually get something done! It is possible!!!
Despite these topics we also want to focus on system troubleshooting and we are
always about Linux / Ubuntu system installation. Additionally we will have a
decent Christian burial of DTG's laptop :^(
