Article is misnamed and confused. There is an assumption that the Gov
can get all the crypto keys and there is no unbreakable system.
This topic screams out for more enlightened coverage by the VAGUE crew.
This topic might attract lawyers, gov officials, etc. if presented
thoroughly.
