I don't subscribe to any currently, but I have been picking up Linux Format on occasion and find it to be very good. The fact that they published Paul's letter in a recent issue can be interpreted as a pro or con, depending on your point of view :) They have these at Barnes and Noble if you want to pick up a copy locally
