Thanks for all the offers of help. I did actually find a machine on ebay that was close enough to get here yesterday afternoon via ground, and the machine is back up and running (and, most importantly, payroll got processed on time).
Now, as to the wisdom of having what is apparently a failure-prone power distribution unit to go along with your redundant power supplies, I'll leave that question to Dell.
