So, for git collaboration on premise I suggest:
* Redmine + redmine_git_hosting + gitolite
** I have been running this setup for over 11 years now with about 600
concurrent users, and thousands of projects, so I have a great many good
things to say about it.
** This setup can also be persuaded to support subversion and
mercurial and most other version control software.
*** @Josh: If you have not yet, you might want to investigate gitolite, as
you are basically doing something very similar with your earth setup
there...
* GitLab
** I agree with Mike on this one...
** A nice all-in-one package including mattermost chat.
* Mattermost
** OK, this one is not about git. But it is a great on-premise
collaborative tool.
