Try to do a web search using your favourite search engine on the words
valgrind user mode linux.
Apart of this, I have some doubts you can tell GRUB to start Valgrind on
the kernel :).

Just trying to find out if Valgrind can be used to monitor/test
a storage device driver, or any device driver and/or Linux service. If
