My cousin is a British soldier and is posted in Afghanistan (bless him). He had come for 10 days and his parents are here from Nepal to give his wife company. So i went to meet my mama mami as well. Had great fun but was very sad and concerned while seeing him off. he is younger than me and was like my best friend whenever i went to nepal during vacations. They had three buffaloes and he used to teach me to ride on it. He was a typical cowboy. Thought i would share some pictures. I have put on weight, i know that..OK? Dover is famous as the south eastern end of england and used to be the last point to leave for Europe. When people say they swimcrossed the english channel, it between a westernpoint in france and dover in UK. The eurotunnel under the sea from england to france starts from here. Alll the hills in this area are made of limestone and thats why white. So they are called white cliffs, more famous by a song called "There'll be blue birds over, the white cliffs of Dover.'' I recently learnt that the song was made for soldiers who were away fighting in the 2nd world war. Then there is the Dover castle, which had underground tunnels in the white cliffs and opened up on the face of the cliff. You will see the openings at the background in the picture i am with my maami. hope y dont get bored Arch --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "VaniV88-89" group.
