Agarwal has his own way of checking on precipitation of coal dust in Vasco. He
often goes to St Andrews Church. He goes to examine the white walls of the
churche and for the last two years he has not found a speck of coal dust.
This he said is because MPT has been keeping to the directives of the High
Court,spraying water, covering stacks and paying attention to the height of the
stacks.
