Akiyoshi,

Much of what you want is in the current version, Global Key command. Right
menu items can be hidden (blank out the name) or accidental key stokes
avoided use CTL+SHIFT . Place Marker is effectively create a piece. The same
keystroke for two actions be they Layer/delete/place marker etc only the
lowest one in the list will be shown if you blank out thye text description
of the others. 

When editing the module click the question mark and study the help. Download
UP-front or Brent's The Devil's Cauldron and others and you will see that
combining commands can create conditions etc.. passing variables is the one
omission.
