Thinking about this further, a 'Replace' command removes the original piece, so no further commands are likely to be able to be performed.
You will probably have to set up a 'Trigger Action' on the old unit that does the following: 1. Place Marker - to create your new unit 2. Global Key Command - to fire off the 'Trigger Action' on your newly created unit which performs all the necessary actions on the new unit. 3. Delete - to Delete the old unit.
