Sounds like you don't have modules that require extensions set up correctly in your filing structure. Here is an example of how mods with extensions should be set up.
-Game (folder)/Play me.mod -Game (folder)/Play me_ext (folder)/Play me addon.mdx Note how the sub folder underneath where your game is located for the extension uses the module name with '_ext' added on the end. This syntax and folder structure is important for it too function correctly.
