Hi Mark,

The primary purpose of a Zone in this situation is to create an area of the map
where the primary Hex Grid does not apply. Is the name of your Zone 'Main'?

If you want to create a 'transparent' zone that still uses the map grid, but
the zone name can be referenced in property filters using $CurrentZone$, then
in your Zone definition for Zone 'Main', click the 'Use boards Grid' setting on
and change the 'Location Format' from $name$ to $gridLocation$ using the insert
drop-down menu.

The actual setting of the Grid Location format is in the 'Location Format'
field in the Grid Numbering. Default is $gridLocation$, but can be changed to
include the board name or anything else if required.

Hope this helps,

Regards,
Brent.
