Some things have to be left for players to initiate when needed. Vassal can't do everything at everyones' wish. I could be wrong. tho. If so, someone out there will be quick to say something.
Yes, sorry. I meant designing a module. I should be more clear about that in the future. It looked like perhaps layers were implemented from all the dialogs.
