Hi Kevin, Turning off the "Display Text" checkbox should prevent all text messages from displaying for the moue-over viewer on that map.
Do you have multiple maps? Each will have it's own mouse-over viewer that will need to be changed. Otherwise, I am at a bit of a loss to explain it.
