Have you tried draging a marquee around the stack? Simply click and drag
the marquee around the stack and all units in the stack should be
selected. Assuming they all have the same hotkeys defined for the action
you want to take, they will all perform the action when you select them
and press the hotkey.
Other than that, its possible to have an action on one unit effect other
units. You create a Global Key Command on the units, and define what
action to trigger on the other units, and can use properties to filter out
which other units get affected.

Since you're asking I'm guessing you already tried and had a problem with
this, but I just created a stack of units without anything special, and
the deletion works just as you described. They all had a CTRL-D to
delete, I selected the stack (not expanded) and just repeatedly pressed
CTRL-D, and one by one they get deleted. Works for me???
