If you place your hex grid within a zone counters that ignore the hex grid will report their location of the zone as opposed to "offboard" theoretically
Never tried it though but should work _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Vassal Jason Sent: Sunday, October 08, 2006 7:35 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [vassalengine] Ignoring the grid Once a grid is applied to a map, is there a way to make pieces ignore the grid, yet still allow the piece to have an identifiable location property? Or better yet, no grid, but still have a location other than "off board." I ve looked things over and am not seeing anything, but thought I'd ask in case I was missing something. Thanks for the help!
