Hi, My name is Tony and I live in Outback Australia and am new to
both this group and VB6 as you will see from the stupid basic
question I am about to ask.
I am trying to write a small program to control a stepper from my
laptop via a controller board - I have found a DLL that will give me
the commands I need BUT (An't there always a "but")I need to put some
declaration code in a place I am told is the "General_Declarations"
area - My problem is that the VB6 book I have has NO mention of what
or where this is and the help file on my VB6 program is missing.
I have searched the web but I can only find references saying things
like "put this statement in the General_Declarations area" but none
say where/what/how.
Can someone please put me stright.
Tony
