Matt,

When hitting F5 to see if the project would run, I got a compile
error "USER DEFINED TYPE NOT DEFINED". The line in the general
declarations of the main form that generate this error reads
like "Private ITEM As MSXML2.DOMDocument".

I added a Microsoft XML VER 2 reference to the project, but that
didn't help.

Does this MSXML2.DOMDocument look familiar, as in is it a common 
reference or is this something unique?  I thought maybe it wasn't a 
VB 6.0 reference.  They don't know exactly what he wrote it in, I 
haven't used my copy of .net since I bought it and realized that I 
had to use VB6 instead.  I thought it was going to be in C++, 
actually, so I was very happy to see it load up in VB studio.
