It's fairly common. The reference you need to verify you've included
is:

  Microsoft XML, v4.0

Yes I know it says "msxml2" in the object type, but that's really a
misnomer. Most of the advanced functionality of the MSXML object was
introduced under MSXML4, but using a backwards-compatible 'MSXML2'
object tree source.

Remove your other MSXML reference and add the v4 to your project.
