Yes, unfortunately right now all I have is the "learning edition" of VB6, so I
guess I'll have to find the OCX file. Any ideas where I can find one?

Are you sure you don't have it? On my system it's listed as:
Microsoft PictureClip Control 6.0 (SP3)
