Please do let me know if you have any one suitable for the below position. * * *Position Web developer* *Duration 6 months* *Location Raleigh, NC* *Rate $35/hr C2C (Not Negotiable)* *Description* State Titling and Registration System (STARS) project team is seeking a short term (6 month maximum) contractor. This resource will be utilized on the Collect Vehicle Property Tax (HB 1779) - Planning to Post-Implementation (Master) Project, which is a complex software development project. The selected candidate will be a technical resource for web design and development. The main responsibilities of this position include the following: perform web page analysis and design, web page development, web page modifications/enhancements, and web page testing (unit, integrated system, client and performance); provide as needed documentation for the web pages that are required to be developed (web page specifications); and perform other development related work as needed to support web page design and development. *Note*: The selected contractor will work on the following project during the requested period: Collect Vehicle Property Tax: Planning to Post-Implementation (Master) Project (HB 1779) Requirements *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: * Required: -Minimum of five (5) years of web design and development work experience -Minimum of five (5) years of business analysis work experience -Minimum of five (5) years of web page testing work experience -Minimum of three (3) years work experience developing project documentation -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Graduation from a four-year college or university -Minimum of three (3) years work experience with the following: Web page design and development (HTML, XHTML, DHTML, XSL, XML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia Fireworks, and Dreamweaver *Preferred*: -Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, etc.) -Visio -Work experience with Eclipse and Visual Source Safe -Minimum of one (1) year of Java programming work experience -Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle -Experience with Enterprise Level Application Development spanning two or more business areas *Thanks & Regards,* Alex Rodriguez** Account Manager Data Group, Inc.
