*Major Responsibilities:
*Viewed as an expert in applications development. Undertakes complex
projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes
well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous application development
issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Ensures that
system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase
efficiency. Creates complex prototypes. Codes, tests, debugs, documents and
implements complex software applications. Establishes and communicates
common goal and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training
and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors project schedules and
costs. Required Experience and Education: Typically requires six to ten
years of experience.

*Technical Skills:
*" Strong technical and business communication skills
" C++, Java, OOD, Perl
" Strong Linux/UNIX background.
" Strong Shell scripting.
" ESQL/DB (Sybase, Oracle) skills.
" Service Oriented Architecture.
" Sockets, Roguewave, Multithreaded Design.
" Real-time market data experience preferred.
" Experience in using tools such as ClearCase, SVN, CVS and SourceSafe.

*Responsibilities:
*" Design and develop market data applications.
" Provide production support for market data platform.
" Maintain and enhance existing market data application for various market
data feed.
" Support market data applications in implementing new vendor feeds.
" Interface with product team to gather requirements.
