1. J2EE Java
2. Solid experience with JSF is mandatory
3. Solid Hibernate experience is mandatory
4. 2+ years of XML / Webservices experience
5. Excellent communication skills is need and ability to work in a team
environment and meet deadlines.

3. Cruise Control
4. Branching/Merging/Source Code Management and Release
Management
Other Preferred skills:
1. Oracle DB (as in SQL) but not super heavy
2. Flex (very light..but we got a couple components)
3. REST 4. Linux familiarity (all our dev/qa/uat/prod env's are on linux,
have to find your way around)
5. Jboss familiarity
6.Ajax, Dojo, Javascript experience
