*General Summary     *

This position is for an experienced O365 Administrator to support the
general administration of the Office 365 tenant.



*Essential Functions*

·         Serve as the team lead for the O365 administrators

·         Lead meetings to O365 changes MS releases around each O365
product including Exchange Online, Skype for Business, Sharepoint, etc…

·         Lead activities around O365 licensing, Entitlements and
Performance\Capacity\Health Monitoring

·         Develop and maintain O365 technical roadmaps with O365 product
owners

·         Maintain and update O365 governance documentation with O365
product owners

·         Maintain Powershell scripts used to manage\support the O365
environment

·         Maintain and document the O365 test tenant environment


*Required Skills*

*Key Skills:*

·         Very strong Office 365 Administration skills and Architectural
background with Office 365 tenants

·         Very strong Powershell scripting skills

·         Working knowledge and ability to support AD Connect

·         Comfortable working ticket queue on a daily basis

·         Good presentation and communication skills

·         Ability to communicate effectively across multiple constituencies
to support project and organizational change management objectives

·         Subject matter expertise relevant to assigned business area /
function

·         Strong working knowledge of key Business processes and concepts

·         Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the
technology teams

·         Strong analytical skills especially in the area of requirement
elicitation

·         Well organized with the ability to work on multiple initiatives
simultaneously

·         Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, strong ability to
influence others

·         Strong leadership, consulting, and negotiating skills

·         Team-spirit

·         Ability to collaborate with global colleagues
