Position: Sr. Business Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6 Months to start with *Job Overview: * Seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to be responsible for providing moderate to complex information and analysis to support overall management of a cash management products (wires, payments, ACH, RTP), online banking and mobile banking for its clientele. *Duties & Responsibilities: * - Work with commercial banking product managers to understand requirements for work streams - Payments (Domestic & International) - ACH, Wires, Transfers, RTP, Bill Pay - Payments Services - Positive Pay, Reverse Pay, Stop Pay - Collaboration - Alerts/Messaging/Chat - Security and Fraud prevention - Information reporting/Reports - Document user stories in JIRA and leveraging Confluence and SharePoint - Analyze current state and future state of the applications and draft solution use cases. - Work with development to refine requirements and document them through user stories - Should be able to translate business requirements into Functional and Data Requirements. - Extensive experience in Data Profiling, Validation & Analysis to generate technical specification document. - Verify that the Development & Testing teams adhere to Functional and Technical Requirements - Support Product managers, User experience and design team and other business teams in completing business deliverables - Acts as the """"Subject Matter Expert"""" (SME) and provide business knowledge as needed. - Provide Support during migration execution - Monitoring of Project Progression - Weekly Project Reporting - Weekly Project Communication (project status meetings) Communication - Successfully builds and manages relationships between various field and corporate contacts to fully meet their business process and change management needs.
