No idea if anyone produces an official VNC extpack, or in fact any other 
extpack... the code for the VNC extpack is in the VirtualBox tree, but 
we're not shipping it as we'd have to spend a lot of effort to get it 
approved (for no benefit to Oracle). Anyone can build and host the 
binaries, the code is GPL and it uses libvnc which is also GPL.

I know that the FreeBSD port has this as a "built in extpack" as part of 
the VirtualBox package. Technically that's just a preinstalled extpack.
