With the Guest Additions ISO for r106140, nearly every thing works for VMs with the Gnome desktop in openSUSE Tumbleweed with kernel 4.5.0 and gdm as the display manager. The exception is that the mouse pointer disappears when 3D acceleration is enabled. Any suggestions for debugging are welcome. My local build of 5.0.17 patched to r106140 is more problematic. For unknown reasons, it is unable to add a drm device, and thus is unable to get a file descriptor for /dev/dri/card0. After that X tries over and over to start. I suspect a permissions problem. Again, any debugging suggestions are welcome. Larry _______________________________________________ vbox-dev mailing list vbox-dev@virtualbox.org https://www.virtualbox.org/mailman/listinfo/vbox-dev
