Unless that ability has been added to vbox recently and I missed it, the only way I know of is to create a new disk of the desired size and copy your partition(s) over and then resize the file systems. You didn't say what OS your guest was but one way to accomplish this is with Symantec Ghost or the free tool GParted (as a live CD/USB)[1].
