While the VM is running, on the "Machine Devices Help" menu at the top of
the virtual machine window, use Devices -> CD/DVD devices and you can pick
another .iso registered in your known disks. This will unmount and
re-mount a new disk.
If you have to add the disk. on the main VirtualBox window "File ->
Virtual Media Manager -> CD/DVD Images -> Add".

You _can_ do it this way if you want though the above would be easier.
Under the machine specific configuration; storage; IDE Controller you can
add another optical drive and mount from there.
