So, when creating a VM, or adding storage to a VM, provide the option for the user to provide the hard disk pathname such as /dev/sdc or /dev/sdc1 for example, or when adding a vdi, provide the option to create a new vdi drive, and initialize it. This will obviate the need to always first use the CLI command to create them.
