i'm reading the 4.0.0 beta user manual, "3.1.2 64-bit guests", and
it states in point 1 that, in order to have a 64-bit guest OS, you
*need* a 64-bit processor with HW virtualization support.

  the last part of point 3, however, claims that on 64-bit hosts,
64-bit guest support is always enabled.  but what if you have a 64-bit
system without HW virt support?  then these two claims would seem to
be slightly contradictory.

  clarify, please?
