The approach I decided to take is to stay with 3.2.12, until the first
5.x release comes out. At that point, I plan to upgrade to the latest
4.x release. I had started to lean towards this decision during 2.x,
and fully decided on it during the course of 3.x releases. I simply
don't have the time to install a new version every couple of weeks,
and upgrade guest additions on each guest. That's just the path I've
decided to take, and you are of course free to do whatever you think
is best.
