I downloaded the latest Virtualbox 4.0.10, and installed it on CentOS 5.5.
It works well when I installed a guest OS of CentOS 5.6 on it. Then I move
the vdi file to a NFS folder and reconnected it to the original VM. When I
press Start, the guest window appeared and then, everything stoped. The host
lost response.
Is it a bug or what I should do to avoid it?

the host is 192.168.1.111
and the nfs server is 192.168.1.113.
I'm sure the folder is set to be 'rw' and they are connected by a Gigabit
switch

Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
