Oracle have a professional Enterprise Virtualization software, called
Oracle VDI.

It is my understanding, that VDI supports both Oracle VM Xen, Oracle
VM VirtualBox and Microsoft Hyper-V hypervisors.

So yes, in a part, Oracle VM Xen hypervisor seems to compete with
Oracle's own VirtualBox.

(I'm not Oracle employee, so this is just my observation, as a community member)
