It seems that some people go around questioning why some software exists, as if there should be only one. I guess it would be better for you if it were killed?. I see Virtualbox as an end-user desktop virtualization solution. Useful for people who use Linux or Windows and need to run other OSs virtualized. So, tell me, please, how can any of the other mentioned products help people run Windows virtualized?... AFAIK the Xen hypervisor needs AMD-V or intel VT-X in order to run Windows XP as guests. Virtualbox does not. Different products, for different target audiences, with different development backgrounds.
