 While I disagree with this, Microsoft considers the instance that the
machine is running on, technically, running a Vbox running Windows 7 on a
host machine running windows 7 would need two licenses. Otherwise I could
run an unlimited number of servers using MS Windows 2008 on a cluster and
only pay for one license. This is why I am constantly talking about why
modern copyright, especially concerning software is out of date.
