You are right. But I would like to have a mix of both solutions. I want to use DHCP, that provides static IP addresses for a specific VM. Beside the IP information, this let me also modify things like special DNS server setups or something like this. Also hostnames can then be set via DHCP. But therefor I need a hint on how to do this with the VirtualBox DHCP or if this is not possible for now / not wanted....
