I'm an old hand at CLI on Linux, but I use VBox on Windows to build
Linux VMs for my customers' use on their Windows hosts..

It's a pain to do CLI on Windows, so the GUI would be helpful (I will
probably make a bat file but I don't want to if I don't have to).

So the question is:  can I use the Virtual Media Manager to compress
virtual disks?  If so, how?
