This is definitely sounding like a Charlieocracy. I'm not seeing anyone else volunteering to be an admin. (And no, I don't have time to devote to this... I'm already way too involved in way too many things, and there are only - at last count - 24 usable hours in each day.) Pablo, resigning just means you're throwing the job onto Fernando. I don't know anything about what's going on behind there, and I don't want to get into politics, and I don't know any of you at all, but please at least consider what a resignation actually means. It's nothing to do with who's offended whom, nor is it about who has the power to do what. It's all about who's willing to do some work for VirtualBox.
