Hello again, after some painful and deep debugging of all involved components I can say that vbox was not the cause of our vlan problem. In fact, after eliminating the true cause (switch mac filtering rules), vbox and vlans work flawlessly and as expected. I would like to thank all people that helped finding the problem.
