hi guys,
i often found troubles when de-attaching / disconnecting the usb
modem. the kernel says segfault. host os: debian. guest os: win_xp.
furthermore, in guest os, i have some difficulties when connecting the
huawei usb modem to the internet. i successfully install the driver
and the connection manager (mobile connect). i can't see any signal
name or strength bar in that connection manager. i create the
connection profile, but i still can't connect.
i've already tried connecting with dial up, but still no luck.
when i tried to install and connecting it using different pc, i
successfully done it. i use nearly same os like the guest os.
win_xp_sp2 right here, but win_xp_sp3 for the guest os as i mentioned
earlier. i'm sure i did the same install procedures like i did in
guest os.

anybody have some difficulties like this? what might be the problem?
10-vboxdrv.rules?

best regards,

marco
