if the EaseUS tool works like its partition manager/converter, the GUI
"schedules" operations which are then carried at the next reboot, before
the OS loads and thus with thedisk not in use.
Of course, that requires an external hard drive, or removable storage
(SDXC card or huge pen drive) or a separate partition or secondary internal
HDD to use as the 'target' to store the virtualized machine (virtual disk
file).
But that is just a guess, based on my previous experience with their HDD
partitioning and partition conversion/resizing tool. (I'm refering to the
Todo Backup tool from EaseUS), Ihave not used it.
