You need a video driver for Linux, not for Windows.
The Linux driver gets installed in the host.
The guest only knows about the video that is provided by VBox. In other
words, the guest has no idea that your box has an NVidea card.
Is the LG 23" the only monitor, or a 2nd monitor? If it is a 2nd
monitor, its resolution can be controlled with the xrandr command.

Monitor is LG 23" with native resolution of 1920x1080
Downloaded*Windows* NVidia driver v353.62 and tried to install.
Driver saved to computer successfully.
Screen Checking system compatibility returned error message:
"NVidia Installer cannot continue. This graphics driver could not find

Downloaded and tried NVidia driver 361.75 with same result.
Is there a way to solve this problem, please?
