When I installed LM17.3 I also installed the recommended nVidea driver
(v3.52.63)

I can understand that, which is the reason I thought I would have to
install the appropriate nVidea driver for Windows :-)

The only monitor.

LM17.3 (the Host) will not permit me to install the nVidea driver 3.52.63
again unless I install another driver first - therefore overwriting it -
and then reinstalling 3.52.63, which seems rather pointless!

Any further hints would be much appreciaterd.
