wfm: Host is plain vanilla debian 8 w/ xfce; I wouldn't employ any
other system for the host. VMs I use heavily are Mint 18.1 Mate and
Win7 - both run smoothely, including USB. I currently use VBox
5.1.14 r112924 (Qt5.3.2) from Oracle. Of course w/ according
/extension pack/ and guest extesions installed on all guests.
