Sorry. I don't quite grasp what the issue is with creating an account. I don't think anybody forces you to provide real information. Oracle isn't in the business of harvesting employment infornation for the purposes if selling Oracle Database to individuals. What happens if you create an account under name Fictitious Nonellison with an email address notelliso...@gmail.com and the mailing address if, say, the White House? Does the above prevent you from filing a bug? I don't think so.
