I realize you're trying to help identify accessibility issues in VirtualBox, which is great, and helps all of us access technology users. However, keep in mind that VirtualBox is a QT5 based application, which means it will never behave with NVDA, or any other screen reader the same way a native win64 application will. Doing things with object navigation in NVDA may be the best that can be done.
