I have installed VirtualBox successfully in my Fedora Core 6:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] tmp]# rpm -qa kernel*
kernel-devel-2.6.19-1.2895.fc6
kernel-2.6.19-1.2895.fc6
kernel-doc-2.6.19-1.2895.fc6
kernel-headers-2.6.19-1.2895.fc6
[EMAIL PROTECTED] tmp]# ./VirtualBox_1.3.2_Linux_x86.run
install /usr/local/vbox
Verifying archive integrity... All good.
Uncompressing VirtualBox for Linux installation.....
VirtualBox Version 1.3.2 (Sun Jan 14 15:25:08 CET 2007) installation
Installing VirtualBox to /usr/local/vbox
VirtualBox has been installed successfully.

You can use the option --keep and look at the shell-script
install/install.sh.
