Hello Bo,
I'm not sure what has gone wrong in your configuration there, but an
easy way to fix it would be to delete the virtual machine (but NOT the
virtual hard disk), using VBoxManage if you can't open VirtualBox, and
to create a new VM using the existing virtual hard disk.
